Our monthly WCNA Zoning Prep meetings occur on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The Zoning Voting meetings are coordinated and scheduled when Coordinating and other affected RCOs (Registered Community Organizations) receive a Notice of Refusal from RCO office and applicants who are then required to schedule a public Zoning meeting. The Community and nearby neighbors are invited to attend and vote in support or opposition to the Variance. All Zoning meetings are held (in person) and/or via Zoom. All RCOs are responsible for engagement and outreach to the Community. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear cases after the public meeting is held and will make a decision based on the Meeting Summary and testimony presented at the ZBA hearing.
