Congratulations to President Dee Dukes and all of the Iconic Women who were honored by the Philadelphia Citizens Police Oversight Committee (CPOC). An unforgettable Iconic celebration of women. Here’s to the women who lift each other up, break barriers, and continue to inspire generations to come. See WCNA’s photo gallery of Women History celebration events!
WCNA Partnerships & Community Engagement!
Bala Cynwyd Middle School’s Advanced Choir was recently featured on 6-ABC News in December 2024 for giving the gift of song and spreading holiday cheer through their superb performance at the Wynnefield Community Neighborhood Association’s 4th Annual Holiday Toy Giveaway! A big shoutout to Ms. Sterner-Porreca and the Advanced Choir for sharing the magic of the holidays with our community! The Knights, under the direction of music teacher Anne Sterner-Porreca, filled the event with festive spirit and joy, as their beautiful harmonies and vibrant vocals not only brought smiles to attendees but also highlighted the power of music to unite and inspire during the season of giving.
