Wynnefield Community Neighborhood Association Inc. (Registered Community Organization) hosts monthly Zoning Prep meetings and Public Zoning Voting meetings via Zoom and (in person at Mingle, 1905 N. 54th Street, Phila., PA 19131). Outreach by applicants to nearby neighbors and RCOs in the Zoning boundaries are invited to attend the public meeting. Other neighbors from the surrounding areas are also invited to attend. The intent of the Community engagement is required by RCO rules and neighbors who attend the Zoning meetings have the opportunity to vote on applications related to renovation projects resulting from the City of Philadelphia’s Dept of Licenses & Inspections issuance of a Notice of Refusal received by the applicant.
