Our monthly WCNA Zoning Prep meetings occur on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in 2022.. The Zoning Voting meetings are coordinated and scheduled when Coordinating & other Affected RCOs (Registered Community Organizations) receive a Notice of Refusal from RCO office and applicants who are then required to schedule a public Zoning meeting. The Community and nearby neighbors are invited to attend and vote in support or opposition to the Variance. All Zoning meetings are held (in person) and/or via Zoom. All RCOs are responsible for engagement and outreach to the Community. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear cases after the public meeting is held and will make a decision based on the Meeting Summary and testimony presented at the virtual hearing.
